Legal agreement governing your use of uji77 gaming services

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and uji77 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the uji77 online gaming platform located at https://uji77.cam and all associated services, features, content, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").

You may create only one Account per person, household, IP address, email address, telephone number, and payment method. Multiple Accounts created by the same User are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to suspend or close all associated Accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and confiscate any winnings.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify uji77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
uji77 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account status.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00 - 20:00 Western Indonesia Time, Monday through Friday). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience processing delays and will be credited on the next business day. uji77 does not charge fees for deposits, but your financial institution may impose transaction fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity or money laundering. uji77 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and funds being returned to the originating payment method.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours during banking hours (08:00 - 20:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Requests submitted outside banking hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may take up to 48 hours due to enhanced verification procedures. Average withdrawal processing time is approximately 4 hours for verified Accounts with no pending issues.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary based on your Account status and payment method. uji77 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your financial institution may impose receiving fees. Repeated withdrawal requests for small amounts may be subject to administrative fees to cover processing costs.
In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, uji77 may request alternative documentation before processing the withdrawal via a different method.
uji77 may offer various bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and other restrictions. These terms are provided at the time of each promotional offer and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements, typically ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. This means you must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (usually 30 days), after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors, collusion, or any other fraudulent activity designed to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited. uji77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted. uji77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before submission. uji77 is not liable for user error, including incorrect stake amounts, wrong selections, or accidental double-betting. Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded may be voided at our discretion.
Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Accepted bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled sporting events, bets may be voided or settled according to official sporting body rules. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing authority (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton).
Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. If a live game is interrupted due to technical issues, your bet may be voided and your stake refunded, or the game may be continued from the point of interruption if possible. All game outcomes are determined by the live dealer or RNG system and are final.
All digital slot games and RNG-based casino games on the Platform use certified random number generation algorithms tested by independent auditing agencies. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.
uji77 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain game types or betting markets. Progressive jackpot games may have separate payout structures. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and legal action where appropriate.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you following completion of final KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are pending.
uji77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, refuse service, or void bets and winnings if:
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. uji77 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining Balance (whichever is lower) on dormant Accounts. You will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, audio clips, game code, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of uji77 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uji77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless uji77 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uji77 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where permitted by law, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration as required by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
uji77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and uji77 regarding your use of the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
